Management has to focus on employees skills and talent which hiding due to Maharashtra people domination. Maratas supports and teach only maratas but not other region people or other languages. Which is not at all tolerated. Irrespective of regions and languages we have to work together. But it's not happening.

Not following GMP/cGMP practices. Salary deduction is more. You seen more CTC but in hand salary is very less. Canteen facility is not good and no cleanliness. Management is not good. Without intimation many employees fired by company. They given only 03 months notice period. In notice period they will not give you any leave. All leaves will get zero after resignation and no leave encashment policy. HR and their policies are not good. Company not provided employee medical insurance policy. Oncology plant but no safety of employees. Shilpa Medicare Limited is only production oriented company. Very bad experience in Shilpa Medicare Limited.
