Company hire employees in walk in interview. But no management and cost cutting reason company reduce man power with in 6 months. During man power reduction period HR nonsensely said that new joinee and higher package employee is first reduced,that means company hired employee for safe old or localised people. No policy as well as no management. Before join see 2022- 2023 record of company.
