My experience with S.V.H.S School was highly disappointing. On the hiring day, they informed me that my core work would involve handling parent queries and office tasks. However, just within the first month of the 2 month probation period, they abruptly informed me that they were not proceeding with my employment, leaving me with noproper explanation or support in improving. Moreover during the hiring process principal promised a salary of 15000 as a fresher, but when I received my first paycheck, it was only 11000. There was no transparency in their hiring process, and it felt like they misled me from the very beginning. I believe it's essential for any organization to be honest and transparent with their employees, especially during the hiring process. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like all the training session in the company, in every session I learn new things. In this company work environment and salary is good. I like the I was a part of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Here is no job security.
