The campus us lush !

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. Even on holidays you are forced to make question paper. Life get stuck with question paper creation and answer sheet corrections if. You won't be paid enough for the work you do. And also the stay they provide for teachers is just pathetic.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
