They hire me giving online training and they are also considering to score 80% in all assessment. I scored 65-70 between but they will terminate me within the 1 week. No job security in that organization to be honest

Nothing about that experience I want to remember, it was purely discriminative and oppressive work culture. I don't know if getting panic attacks on a job is normal but, after you give your 101%, getting humiliated for your efforts and in the end seeing them as the final drafts for the comany only made my doubt my skills.

Worst and pathetic environment, HR don’t have any ethics to speak with the employees but talks sweets. No benefits no holiday school like environment, no job guarantee. Always spy on the employee. No happy environment. Back biching . No one is happily working in the whole organisation. Small firm . No growth no projects .No work appreciation .

I've had the unfortunate experience of working at this company, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. 1. The CEO knows nothing about cybersecurity, which is alarming given the industry's importance in today's digital age. This lack of expertise trickles down, causing significant operational inefficiencies and leaving the companyvulnerable to security threats. 2. The HR team is the worst I have ever encountered. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and often dismissive of employee concerns. Their lack of support contributes to the overall toxic environment. 3. The company culture is incredibly toxic. There is constant micromanagement, with supervisors keeping a close eye on employees, leaving no room for trust or autonomy. 4. There is no room for flexibility in this company. Employees are not allowed to talk on the phone during work hours, and the timing is strictly monitored. Any deviation is met with harsh penalties. 5. The physical working environment is appalling. There are cockroaches everywhere, and the air conditioning rarely works, making it an uncomfortable and unsanitary place to work. 6. The company does not care about its employees at all. There are no holidays, and the management does not show any concern for work-life balance or employee well-being.
