Teammates are good, but there is no job security. They are always under constant fear

Worst institution without any work ethics. People are sent out of their jobs without valid reason, if an employee express any grievance he is labelled as anti management. There's no proper planning, money management and economic use of resources. The director of the institution who is suppose to plan all activities is incapable, incompetent, does not like people who are more effective, ignorant. Over all he is unfit for the post. My sincere request is please do not join this institution. In terms of technical development we are still in stone age period. Kindly look into the facebook page of the college, the last academic year (2019) steps were taken to develop the college and student oriented programmes were conducted :including inter collegiate competition. All this is not recognized by the management and i was dismissed from the job. If you enquire them they will say iam a person with negative character.
