WORST WORKPLACE EVER TOXIC AND UNSAFE-Rude management, suffocating atmosphere, and the owner "Mool Meena, Madhu Meena, and Danny Meena think they are god and we employees are the servants of them we should say "GOOD MORNING SIR GOOD MORNING MAM GOOD MORNING TEAM" every single morning in the Group and if you forget to say that so they point out that and scolding us for that in front of everyone. They have another brand called the sub-brand "GirlyVeda" which is under Danny Kumar Meena. He is such a cheap person he sends reels on Instagram to girls that are not related to the brand such as non-veg jokes bedroom talks and so on... If you're even a second late, it's a half-day deduction. Nothing! They are fraud, not at all professional.

Dislikes

There is nothing to say good about them. No flexibility, no work-life balance, no professionalism. Even the HR (Apoorv) doesn't know how to treat the employees. No fixed date for salary! No holidays on festivals! They says, alternate Saturdays are off, but they don't even provide that as well. No sick leaves!

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
