The work i did there was something i like and want to do and grow. As the work is for trading of stocks it gets hectic during trading hours, but that is part of the job. At times handling customers becomes difficult.

Dislikes

There should be a streamline of work, if one is not available for client support other team member should fill in as the work is time bound and it is not possible to be available throughout the day without taking stress. Plus at times the things get rough so the management should be more supportive

I am an analyst who understands stock trends and suggestion them to clients for investment and executive the orders for other clients

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
