Good environment if you don't depend on salary as a need. Minimal hike is provided on yearly bases.Team mates are good and supportive.No work pressure, escalation or work from home.Work life balance is great advantage working here. Accommodation and lunch are provided free.

Dislikes

This organisation doesn't follow an IT culture so it's difficult to get adapted here from an MNC. Politics within the department is high since management doesn't address on employees needs or validate performance and the hike process is only based on the HOD's perspective. People who are straight forward and ready to question back are black marked and should be ready to face a lot of backstabbing. Working as a volunteer phase i.e a temporary staff doesn't have any proof for the period you have worked incase you resign as a volunteer. They will inform that the confirmation will happen in 3months based on performance at the time of interview but will take Minimum 1year to confirm as permanent staff only then you will get PF. Working in the cutting edge technologies is not possible since they don't rely on the employee growth. Salary is really less when compared to the IT industry.
