Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It was like dream comes true for me,After too many hard work and holding a dreams to work in an international chain hotel, i was selected as a commi 1 without any refrence and trade test was awesome and joining date was 17 feb 2020 i joined this hotel, with the plans on my mind to get growth and suddnly due to covid and lockdown igot terminated with the letter in a hand and a thanks giving cheque ! Bye bye....now what? Still am jobless and doing catering on daily wages,it is very insulting, that the organisation has foreigner GM AND Highly qualified chefs.....literly no one calls us back and no one helps us to get the job. Dont knw what to do....nobody can understand how others are suffering and the burden they hold.....even dhaba workers get more respect and handsome salary !
