Well this is my first company and till now my experience here is great I'm getting opportunity to learn here job security is very good even in this pandemic situation they didn't force us to leave the job, work culture is also very good they have created many option if anyone is facing problem there is a management team tahat deals with all such situation . No don't feel like there is anything that i dislike about the company yes there were hard times also but i think everyone feel the same when they are learning things at the initial state.

Oh it's great I really enjoy working there...... Yes earlier it was bit challenging for me at the beginning but I learn alot there

We not working since pandemic started and didn’t got single penny from Shangsi-la, New Delhi and also not officially been fired too! We have 14 members in our team and only 3 are working even when Hotel is running over 50% Occupancy. Note- since March till 12-01-2021 we have been forced to sit home on leave without pay!

I don't like to mention some names in the department but some are there who are managers only for the name sake and the work loads in which the hotel gives is very high even though salary paying less
