Well this is my first company and till now my experience here is great I'm getting opportunity to learn here job security is very good even in this pandemic situation they didn't force us to leave the job, work culture is also very good they have created many option if anyone is facing problem there is a management team tahat deals with all such situation . We not working since pandemic started and didn’t got single penny from Shangsi-la, New Delhi and also not officially been fired too! We have 14 members in our team and only 3 are working even when Hotel is running over 50% Occupancy. Note- since March till 12-01-2021 we have been forced to sit home on leave without pay!
