After joining as a salaried employee... Human resource exploitation and huge salary deductions enters the chat. They bring trauma, anxiety, instability along with them. Becoming a IT Recruiter or Assistant team lead or Team Lead is a curse itself

Working here is abysmal. You can't expect growth in the company.... Everyone blames eachother of they didn't achieve targets. No appreciations, no guidance, non of the colleagues are supporting eachother. Even accounts team looks like lost in their own world, No on time salaries, huge deductions are there to welcome you. You would have ended wasting your time working here. Commission base job with full-time work load First company which has penalty structure to penalise you on every tiny thing. Instead of joining this on commision base, connect with some consultancy and work for them as freelancer that would more sense. Unemployment is concerning thing in India and they using well to build themselves.

Don't ever join on commission-based roles, they just hired a pool of recruiters and they choose a profile or two from them and get back your credit commission money also after that the position got closed, that's a great business model, but the worst place to get in, will end up holding nothing, you better work for charity, they don't even give any source like Naukri but suck yours.
