Being a fresher, people gain much knowledge in mechanical engineering and work experience. Right place to learn multiple processes. Good work environment.

Dislikes

Yearly hike and appraisals aren't fair. Inter-department communications could be communicated in better ways. Contract employees productivity is far better than Union employees which needs to be addressed.

Work Details

As a GET, i had huge pressure in initial projects but I took it in different way. So I see my career in SFO as a great learning experience.
