Nothing to like apart from wellness holidays given.

Dislikes

No opportunities for growth, older technologies being used, gender biased, no women in leadership, women are treated differently. Silent layoffs, favouritism and literally everything else.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
