WLB, chill people, competitive salary as far as SDEs

Dislikes

Recent acquiral by Alphasense brought chaos, uncertainty as typical salaries of SDEs in sentieo are higher than their AS counterparts. Not much space to grow. Promotions seem to be halted because of AS takeover.
