Likes

Till 2023 Compnay management was good and an average employee work history with Sendan was min. 10 years. Management changed in 2024 and now it is very difficult to survive even 1 month, 4 to 6 months salary delay. Saudis don't cater to any problems no vacation on time.

Dislikes

After 2024 not a single quality is remaining in Sendan, any time the company can declare itself as bankrupt.

No salaries for the last 4 months. Even management doesn't know when they can give the salary. If you approach HR & management for any needs, they will harass you first. Upon annual leave, you have to apply three months before, and nowadays, they won't give you any settlements or tickets.
