Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

There are many reasons to dislike, 1. Hires employee on contract basis having no job security. 2.Company is not at all concerned about employee. 3.Not a professional company in terms of ethics. 4.There is zero chances of growth as most of the employees are on contractual basis. 5.If you resign your full and final settlement will notbe as per terms mentioned as much of the terms are are one sided contract with no clarity which will be regretted at the final moment. 6.Many of the new joiner have predicated the unprofessional working within few days and left the organization....Read More
