There is nothing to like about SEL.

Everything. I have done job with senior management. They are good but overall experience is very poor, no learning, there is nothing, no trainings, no encouragement, no PMS, no increments and HR is top of the world(you know what I mean especially president HR, MM). I don't understand why these companies existing. They are the one who spoil culture and career.

Job security was always in doubt. Work culture was not good. Management & company policy was not clear and policies always amended against the employees. Management decision was not in favour of emplyees.
