Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Take interview as a normal conversation between you and the interviewer. One should be confident and well prepared. If they need you they will hire you, it's that simple if you are a fresher.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview was a technical one. First I need to face interview with Dep't head for technical education and after that With unit head which was very simple. He just asked about my soft skills and personal info. Than I need to face interview with HR department regarding my man management skills and compensation.

Experience: The interview went pretty well. Since my course was new to them, they grilled me on many things, as my resume included certain words which were new to them. And obviously they had to ask me about them. There were words like Transactional Analysis, MBTI..Overall my experience was good..i felt as if i knew more than them..;)

Tips: Make sure always that you are well prepared with your own Resume/CV.
Be confident about whatever you are saying.
Words spoken should be weighed and said. Because at last they add on to your personality.
