It is always difficult to find good teammates who always ready to help in industry but I feel proud that I have team which really cares me both senior and junior staff. Talking about training, I feel there is still scope to improve. The frequency of training is average. Atmosphere is quite good but working in forging industry is always challenging. Talking about salary, deserved candidate always get handsome salary package here. Company provides strong job security. Employee not need to bother to loose job. As staff is sufficient, one can get leave easily, so it provides balance to work and personal life....Read More

Dislikes

Like other side of coin, there are some drawbacks too here. Mainly the product is related to wind energy sector which is totally driven by government policy, order remain fluctuating throughout year. No production time of-course give little tense to every one.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
