If you are joining as a fresher you will get a lot to learn. Opportunity to learn new technologies. Colleagues are very supportive. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No work life balance. They expect you should be responsive after working hours otherwise you become irresponsible. Doesn't matter how responsible you are during working hour. Company policies are not good. Leave policy is not good. Once you accept appraisal you can't leave company. If you are ready for commitment of next 1 year thenonly you will get hike otherwise you need to put notice period. Minimum 3 months notice period is required, this can extended as per their need....Read More

I have been here about a one and half years now, and I have learnt lots of things from here.Teammates are also good and very much supportive.I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my life.Good working environment.No partiality is there and they treat everyone equally.They give on time salary.

I'm working as a UI/UX professional here. I had started working here as a fresher and I learnt everything here related to web and mobile designing. As per my opinion "This is the perfect company to enrich your UI/UX skills". Also I liked office environment. Management staff is always ready to help you in any manner.

Seffcon solution is a good company to work with. The managerial hierarchy is good. learned new things everyday. Workplace culture is diverse, you get to learn the latest technology. Good place to work, colleagues are great, positive environment.
