Seeh Al Sarya Engineering LLC is a local company and a Subcontractor of Occidental of Oman & PDO. This is a good career option for freshers, as they can really gain best in field experience and also learn different trades within the company's assigned designations. Employees can expect a great job security & good learning curve.

Dislikes

The top management is not transparent, more like a dictatorship. No salary appraisals, career growth is slow. Many employees haven't received increment since 5 to 7years. There is no active HR policies, the HR department is just a namesake. They Don't have proper job description for individual roles. Company forces dual roles for employees where in refusal results in termination threats. Overall the company needs to grow and also consider employee welfare in order to become a great corporate brand. Freshers can join as it is a good company to learn the job fast as there are no rules and regulations on the field as long as the job gets done; but don't stay longer than 2 years if you want a career growth....Read More

Work Details

Work life was good initially, but it grows on you. We are based on a remote desert location. There are no holidays except for the two Eids. There are different vacation categories: 365/30, 180/15, 90/10 depending on your designation.
