Teammates are good.Work environment is good(not in client's place).Salary and appraisal is averageable.Company culture and Other extra activities are really good.

Dislikes

There is no skill development and learning.Also it was hectic to be working in client's place.They can give more opportunities to be working in interesting and innovative projects to the resources.Also they could conduct soft skill training for the interesting candidates.Moreover candididates couldn't get any new opportunities like learning other software or languages.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Company allows every one to deal with client individually. Arrenges many tranning sessions for new commers.

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure specially on freshers and juniors. IT support is very weak. HR support is not upto the mark. Salse team is not performing well and that extra work pressure comes on mid level management of engineering team.
