All things are very bad here like they use all crack tools which is not professional at all. Lack of Management here. They are Very Strict like we are in Prison. Everything, from leave policies to the behavior of the management towards you. They pin point each and every work you do. Very demotivating atmosphere I must say. The company should really work upon its attitude towards their employees. No clear communication of tasks or job role, too vague.

I must say Securium Solutions respects it's employees. I have been working here for several months and I enjoyed working here. Teammates are amazing. The Founders are great torchbearer and work culture is nice. I'm happy to be a part of Securium Solutions family.

I enjoyed working here because the employees are so cool and the Founders are so humble. They often organize certain training programs and intership programs for aspirants. Also, we do frequently go on road trips and celebrate every festival here with joy.
