Best part is the work life balance and an open door policy. Great place to work certified 3 times in a row. You have a lots of opportunity to grow in your profile just have to raise it to the managers. All the managers are cool and understand your concerns and issues too. Hybrid policy as of now with 3 days office. Monday and Friday is WFH.

nothing to dislike.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
