Dislikes

Shankar is a founder and I wouldn't recommend working with him, someone who doesn't know how to do the work or run a company. However, if you are working with the other 4 founders, you will have a good opportunity to learn and enjoy a nice work life.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
