Its a ABG group company and has a good culture and retention... Though sometimes employee needs to stretch for completing tasks, it also adds in to learning and skills

There is only politics and managers are blind, they only safeguard ourselves, employee are least bothered, Management needs complete revamp avoiding dirty politics. Need to improve response time after employment.

Employee are clueless, every 6 months there is change in team or structure or reporting manager. Employee feel bored after 4 / 5 months.aa
