Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Work load is higher than our responsibilities. Work is not appreciated.

Work Details

I like this job. I like my responsibilities. Got a chance to wear different hats and learned a lot of different things. The job helped me a lot to gain knowledge not only internally but also out of the box

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
