Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Sopra banking is am amazing company to work for. There is so much work life balance and the people are treated like people not resources. The work is a little boring and a little outdated tech stack is used. But it makes up for trying to move towards a newer stack wherever possible.

Dislikes

The internal politics maybe of concern however the is prevalent wherever you will go. Sopra at leats tries to overcome this.

Dislikes

There is no 360 degree survay to rate managers, so they do whatever they want. So much micromanagement with no appreciation no matter how much work you do. You will be judged from day one and the older employees will criticise you like “ I can do this in 2 hr”, direct attack on your psychological safety. Overall a ver bad experience with sofa.

Employee do not value for this organization. Recently they fired around 70 employees without notifying them. The work culture is very bad. Bad politics. Managers does not know how to manage the projects. Sales team not able to get or sustain the customers. They are loosing customers and financial not stable and that is the reason they are firing people.
