Worst experience ever. Joined the company as a Product manager and was laid off within 6 months without any prior notice. After the merger with Axway, the company is in shambles and all the quality work is being handover over to the major stakeholder in the merger. Terrible terrible place with micromanagement and irritating bosses.

There is no 360 degree survay to rate managers, so they do whatever they want. So much micromanagement with no appreciation no matter how much work you do. You will be judged from day one and the older employees will criticise you like “ I can do this in 2 hr”, direct attack on your psychological safety. Overall a ver bad experience with sofa.
