Sopra banking is am amazing company to work for. There is so much work life balance and the people are treated like people not resources. The work is a little boring and a little outdated tech stack is used. But it makes up for trying to move towards a newer stack wherever possible.

Dislikes

The internal politics maybe of concern however the is prevalent wherever you will go. Sopra at leats tries to overcome this.

It used to be good company but nowadays this is just a company which pretends to be product based but none of the product are competitive in the market , moreover loosing the existing customers.

Everything is terrible. They fire you if you don't fit in their demands. Work culture bis terrible , lot of favouritism, politics. Not a single project with good learning opportunities. They don't have work so people do lot of gossips and play little games for those who don't follow orders of senior management. Employee do not value for this organization. Recently they fired around 70 employees without notifying them. The work culture is very bad. Bad politics. Managers does not know how to manage the projects. Sales team not able to get or sustain the customers. They are loosing customers and financial not stable and that is the reason they are firing people.
