Overall everything, the culture , the behavior of the superiors , the environment. Thier is no future for the employees who work sincerely. The superiors will give pressure to the employees only those who will work. Their is no time limit for the employees, they will call the employees whenever thier work need to be done (even on sundays)

Nothing to like, work and life balance is horrible. No holiday even on Sunday, no holiday in festival also, late night work upto midnight. Inclosing work upto morning.

Nothing good there, no carrier growth, no work basic growth, everyday is working day, you have to work in holidays, even on Sunday. Good for nothing.

Very less pressure compare to other companies

Dislikes

Too much partiality. People from head office have growth opportunities. Also salary is very less as compared to work. Once I raised voice against such culture but nothing happened and I was blacklisted and targetted till now. It's HR job to look after employees grudges but they only suppress the voice
