Sbi Life, the name itself is enough to have a career here. its a traditional company with corporate ideology. it gives appraisal as said if the conditions satisfied. hard workers who can bring results will get enough recognition. incentives will be provided for above the level business done

Dislikes

you have to bring your own ideology to win the race. company or any other individual can not provide you any kind of success formulas to achieve. this is the job nature of an unit manager in agency channel. some penalties will be levied for some sort of happenings

nature of work is agency marketing. i.e recruiting insurance agents & train them to do business. but actual work insisted on unit managers are business development in terms of policy sales
