Senior Management is not accessible to resolve issues. HO employees don't respond promptly to issues related to Employee and Customers. This makes us repeated ask them to help. Vendor Payment system is very poor with lots of approval process from different heads. Sometimes it remains pending for long time as concerned department head is on leave or long tour.
