Start rehiring first, than reduces the pressure of employees, give them increments on every year, i haven't received any incriment in 5 years, i was joined on same package and lives company on same package, my only reason on leaving company is 0 % incriment in 5 years.

There is huge pressure in achieving targets in sbi life And insurance products not so good ..... Hdfc and tata AIA have awesome products ..... And anyone can become life insurance agent to all companies through renewbuy company the agent of renewbuy can sell life, health , general , motor etc every insurance companies
