A Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is lot if politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not a decent one and career growth is low.

SBI CARD is the worst place to work. There is no work-life balance, the culture is very toxic. people in higher managerial posts lack skills and talent therefore they play dirty politics to be in business. SBI CARD sells their customers' confidential data to fraudsters and liability is borne by the customer only. There is transparency in business no ethical code of conduct just politics and a toxic culture. First, they harass you for no reason or maybe just to feel more powerful, and If you speak for yourself then they do everything possible to make your life hell to the extent where you lose your mental peace, your health, and your money.
