Very good company and culture.I am happy to working In our company ,very well supportive and well management.Definetly company has going too highest position in the society and i am proud of it.

Customers are facing Some language issues on some sevices ,especialy village customers.We want to solve this and we want 100% customer satisfaction.

Work Details

This is my first job and i am really enjoying to doing work.I am trying to best perfomance and will try my maximum.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
