Wrong decisions
I was worked in a retail company in the Team leader position at the time I was getting 45k pm. Due to the financial needs I was switched my job from that company to logistics company with a 65k per month. After that I was hospitalized I can't able to work some days the company leave policy also not that much well I was taken 2 weeks leave due to the health issue. After that also I needed to take a leaves for regular checkup and medication the company leave policy not great at the time I get a call from my old boss which I was started my career it's a paint company and he asks me to join their company in his team. At the time he committed within 1 year we will promote you to be a team lead and the salary I'll provide more from the logistics company. So I joined that company based on the trust with him he his my family Friend.
