Worst company...hiring freshers by taking money and not assigning any projects to them....they have made Gurukul programme as money making program....never join this....you will end up wasting your money....they will ask they convert you as Full time employee after 6 months of joining....but many of them are working for more than for 12 months 14 months....still not confirmed.....they are using them as cheap labour resources....and then they can terminate....they are not having enough projects...mto deploy the freshers.....but they are simply hiring by charging them under Gurukul program. Save your money.... try outside first.....use this as a last resort ...and also they are not giving salaries on time.....and that too they pay partially in 2 3 installments. Very poor management, don't think about employees. They don't want to pay salaries to the employees. from the fresher they takes huge amount of money in the on the name of training and providing certification. In simple words Savic management is scammer.
