ARO DRILLING IS VERY good company to work company take care of there employees when we work in offshore we are working as a team everyone follows company policies. Everyone respect each other .The management is transparent.salary is also very good as per market.

There is nothing anything to dislike . But the only thing is that indian are not getting any promotion . Because as per saudi law they are giving promotion to only saudi personal only. Because saudi government wants to give employment to saudi personal

Work Details

Work life is very good in ARO drilling. We are getting better opportunity to learn .if you have any issues about your job or task the seniors are helping us . No pressure is given on crew to do the job in hurry. Everyone has the right to call T.O.F.SAFETY
