One of the waste company. caste & Cheap minded politics. No job security. They don't pay salaries in time. They pay like parents give pocket money for kids when they ask repeatedly. Settlers in Head office don't support to field engineers & take credits of engineers. and blame them for their personal unaccountably. No promotions, no increments in time. increments after 5 years that to not sure. higher authority not interested & active to deal new projects. First of all main company MD not interested to run Tower department in Satyavani. Their main source & importance on civil projects. One thing you can do is as a field engineer you can visit many places in India, by personal interest improve communication skills, learn technical subject with other company employees who meet at sites, no scope for development in this field in Telecom towers domain. As a field engineer you can get Rs. 15k-20K that is it & groom all over India....Read More
