The owner is very arrogant. They trained their people to talk bad about other companies to their patients. They use abusive words in front of patients while doing the consultation. They hired you for different work and give you different work to do, there is very bad working environment in this lala clinic, they dont know how to work, they don’t want to change, too many micro management, there is no privacy in this clinic, they install cameras with Mics, so they can keep eyes on you every time, too much of dictatorship, no room for creativity.
