As it is a mfi sector comes under essential services, field job is mandotory for that company is providing safety gears, thats good.

Dislikes

No HR policy is being followed by the organisation, it changes as per companys favourable conditions, appraisal is a myth here, salary structure is poor and no work culture, No Job satisfaction and you cannot have non-veg food in the company premises, how the food habbit is going to judge anyone capabilities.
