Work from office 5 days . They don not give wfh easily. Sandwich policy. Less salary. No health insurance or any additional facility. No canteen. 95% of the work in satori is of ACL (this are managers words). Advice- If you want to start a carrier in data analysis then go for it . Stay for 2 -2.5 years maximum. Learn and switch. There is no point in staying for more than 1-2 years. This company policy are not favourable for employees to stay for longer time. Fix timing. Is you leave at 6:20 also people will start asking questions y ur leaving. In my tenure 8-9 employees got fired on same day and not given notice of at least 1 month. 90 day’s notice....Read More
