Training part is the best where you get to upgrade yourself, so it's possible sometime you are new to some of the skill sets or domain. In that case a prior training can help you go well in the right direction.

Know your own potential, every company has some scope of improvement. So if the company takes more time to understand your potential may be you can approach someone from the admin and discuss it and ask for a chance to explore more.

Need training for AP since that takes up 6 months of the year as well.. promotion opportunities should be available for a 3 year plus employee who teaches Sat and AP

They are lot of dislikes , they put your mental health on the stake , you have to work beyond your working hours . Everything is rubbish about this company . Don't waste your time to being settling with this company it's better to being unemployed. Instant of growth they give you mental trauma .
