Excellent institute where we can teach quality students as well as can learn many educational related skills. There are many experts in every department from whom we can get guidance, subject support. Cooperative and kind staff. I feel proud to tell that I'm ex faculty was SPIT.

Only I dislike one thing that's its far from my home..sorry but no dislikes for SPIT.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
