I worked with SAP labs India on contract basis, I didn't get any perks but work wise less pressure. Need to learn everything by your own and that was the best part

Since it's a offline and inexpressive work because of Pandemic (WFH), you never know what the other person is trying to tell you. Managers, TL's and Colleague are lovely. Nothing to hate there

I like to work in sap (fiori) I manually create revenue and delivery contracts urgently, along with the corresponding invoices. I manage the order flow from one SAP system to another, namely SAP P01 and DCP Server (Fiori).

After having spent reasonably good number of years working for SAP Labs Gurugram office, I had suffer at the hands of a fickle minded and biased manager, who was partial and manipulative in all his dealing. He undermined my efforts and brought out illogical reasons to keep me at the same level for many years. - Mostly you will get full variable pay - Campus is pretty good, well maintained, connected and food services are good - Overall company culture is good - Some experts/colleagues are good and genuine.

- Dont go for senior roles, - They dont pay much after you join, the Promotion and Salary Hikes are very difficult. - Only few teams that are priority to Senior Management get more visibility (and budget), others its regular work, even job cuts. - Lack of learning opportunities and too much of marketing and show-off while reality is not so great! - Getting a good manager is difficult - most of them care about themself, some behaves to the worst and added politics....Read More

No scope for self development and new learning’s. All legacy code so you won’t really be learning or working on anything new. Appraisals and promotions are the worst as compared to any other company. Salary and benefits is way below the market standards for similar opportunities
