College is providing poor salary to all faculties as a result they are always feeling demotivated to teach. No PF, ESI, DA maintainted. They dont maintain AICTE pay scale. This type of college should be banned by the govt.

Dislikes

There are nothing to like. Only some staff like receptionist, cleaner or gardener are good humanbeing. Those who are well educated or teacher they are all frustrated in this college.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
