It's there learning programs throughout job & getting salary on time .friendly invironment ..

Sometime there is more verification or like changes they apply at patient consent uploading module they set ..or portal module changes ..so its little bit difficult with new module to put on portal with new setup..

It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

No promotion opportunity, currently going through transformation no one knew what's next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.

It was a good company but few top mangar ruined the culture like Delhi based RBM sharvan jha and HSBD Kedar Chandra chulli (now in Abbott).

Corporate politics and it's India for India strategy due to which there is unrest and sense of insecurity now in all level.

From July 2024 she has Harrassed employees, Miscommunicating, not giving work related updates, Liying, this is not her Father's organisation, Tania will get all that Abuse and Negatively back that she have given others.
