Job security is fine. It's like govt job if any remark or make mistakes happens management will suspend given memos or removed from job based on product losses effecting company. Work culture is very good. it's going GMP based processes first preference giving quality of products so working culture is good and doing happy. Before joining sanofi i heard that in Sanofi there is best culture in pharmaceutical industry, but when i joined then i see the reality that there is no job security, i joined in march 2019.
