Sankhyana is a really good company with a very good career growth opportunities. It has really helped me learn a lot in a very less time. They have been really supportive even in the current scenario even though the market is bit low. They have allowed for wfh since the beginning of the situation and have been taking care of the employees really well in addition to paying us without any pay cuts.

Dislikes

There's nothing as much to hate because the peers and bosses are good. Work culture is really healthy but the only thing as a disadvantage i would say would be working hours because employees number is less so we have to take upon multiple roles.

Work Details

I work here as a data analyst performing customer segmentation on data along with fetching of data through scraping. In addition to it i have been closely involved with the marketing team for pitching of projects. Currently working on supply chain.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
